Hit My Head All Day

29 April 2026

We’re all getting together later to hit upon the secret of life, my Mom said I could head over as soon as I do all my chores, every day I have a different nightmare, but places to reset your different nightmares into sweet dreams, well, those places don’t grow on trees, when I find where one is I’ll tell you, I know my mom was unconvinced that there was even a secret apart from importance of daily chores, child- rearing to make a difference in the world, but I would prefer something more esoteric, we wanted to plumb the secret mysteries of the universe, to have a reason to keep going every day, to just be, or at least to change the nightmares into a nice dream in which I become at last a horse
